Louise Pailor

Louise Pailor is a qualified Registered Equine and Small Animal veterinary nurse. She has over 30 years’ experience working in practice and is currently Equine Operations Manager at a large Equine Practice in Cheshire. Here she divides her time between clinical work and managing the Nursing team of 7 nurses and running the Equine clinic. Louise started her veterinary nursing career in 1995 following her passion to work with animals. She qualified as an RVN in 1997 and gained her REVN in 2000. During her career she has gone on to become an SQP thus enabling her to prescribe POM-VPS and NFA-VPS medicines in her own right. In 2016 Louise passed the ‘Delving Deeper into Wounds’ course, developed by Georgie Hollis (The Veterinary Wound Library) and BVNA (British Veterinary Nursing Association), fulfilling her interest in wound management and healing. This led her to becoming one of our Bandaging Angels.
