As a member of the Veterinary Wound Library you will be able access completed case reports and access the trial dressing database. 

The library is developed through contribution by veterinary professionals for veterinary professionals and is not intended for use by animal owners. Animal owners seeking advice may find the following link helpful www.vethelpdirect.com

Annual membership is £38.00 payable online through Paypal

If you are seeking advice or support for a problem wound with your animal please consult your veterinary surgeon. Only veterinary and associated professionals will be accepted and membership maintained. Any payments made by non-veterinary professionals may not be reimbursed under these conditions.

The following is a summary of the key elements of the terms and conditions. You are advised to view the entire document before becoming a member.

  • You agree to use the Veterinary Wound Library and the trial materials responsibly and professionally  
  • You agree that should you use the trial dressings or provide cases for the library you are clinically qualified to do so
  • You agree to use the resources within the Veterinary Wound Library at your own risk and that clinical judgement takes precident
  • You agree to provide data and photographic evidence for the Library freely and that you will ask for written or verbal consent from the animal owner or otherwise prior to image/data capture as appropriate

Who Can Join?

Veterinary Clinicians
Veterinary clinicians are welcomed to join the wound libary to view case reports, access trial dressings and contribute their opinions and techniques. Once a member trial dressings are provided on a free of charge basis in return for completion of a case report which is easily managed through the dedicated software.

Researchers, Educators and Related Associations
Other individuals with a specialist and qualified interest in wound management are also offered access to the library of case reports. However, trial dressings will not be supplied for use by non-veterinary clinicians. If you are not sure if you will be eligible for trialing dressings please contact georgie@intelligentwoundcare.com 

Product Providers
Participating dressing providers will, as part of their contribution agreement, have access to the library to view case reports.
